My colleague and I entered this room from the other room.

Then, our boss asked us,

"What happened to that bird?"

"We freed it."

As I said this, my boss hurried to his room

and went to the room where the birdcage was.

He didn't seem angry.

He seemed to be desperately trying to check something.

We were returning from freeing the golden bird from its cage in the other room.

I felt like I was being held in a cage and then freed.

I felt like I freed myself.
