I go into the hospital.
I'm going for surgery.
I'm here to give birth.

I'm in the hospital.
A long IV line hangs on the left.
They're installing a new one.
That one will be connected to my arm.

If I mess it up, it could get contaminated, so the nurse skillfully inserts a new one.
The IV is mixed with a light green medication.
It has vitamins and nutrients added.

I go to the reception desk.

"Have you paid your bill?" the nurse asks me abruptly.
